The House was built around 1860 and converted in the late 1940's to a guesthouse. It was built and occupied by the architect who designed and built many houses in the Penzance area. The accommodation comprises of 8 bedrooms, 7 of which are en suite, all rooms have Digital TV, welcome tray comprising tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits, Hair dryer, Wi-Fi, Alarm Clock radio and welcome toiletries.

To the front is a patio area with seating, which is planted with flower pots containing a mixture of tropical, annual and perennial plants. The Pendennis has previously been awarded 1st place in Penzance beautiful Britain in Bloom contest for the Guest House and Hotel category.

The breakfast options include fruit juice and cereals which you are able to help your self to. In addition you can choose from a freshly cooked full 'English Breakfast' with locally sourced meats and free range eggs, a vegetarian breakfast or a Continental option.
